We are on call 24/7 and you can reach us at 403-620-0586 for Emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, Emergencies include property damage, water leaks, fire and smoke, building access, security concerns, no heat and elevator breakdowns. 

Non-emergency items (general maintenance request, move ins/outs, parking issues, noise complaints, document/key requests, renovations and pet approvals requests) will be dealt with during normal business hours and will follow regular Board protocols.
